HL Display supports the basic objective of REACH to further improve the European Union's chemicals regulatory
system, including the aim to advance public health and safety and the protection of the environment. Under
REACH, a downstream user is a company who uses a chemical substance on its own or in a preparation in his
industrial or professional activity. Substance manufacturers, formulators of preparations, producers of articles,
craftsmen and service providers can all be downstream users. Therefore HL Display requires our Suppliers to
commit to REACH and demonstrate commitment by fulfilling the "Letter of Commitment" included in the
downloadable document.
